status isn't even resolving for me.
Now that I gotten the Reason of Cause I am sorry about the inconvenience. Given that I am now aware it was not simply DNS propagation related.

RoC:
Looks like for some reason the automated A records for the name servers setting didn't kicked into gears when I had my Cpanel account moved onto the VPS. The provider said it should had worked if the nameservers was already existing beforehand.

Corrective Actions:
Now the DNS is actually propagation but many areas are already caching the new records. I will be sure to watch this setting to ensure it works for new accounts when I test the billing platform. As for account migration requests. I will personally make sure those works before I inform that customer that it been successfully completed.

Now that that resolved (or in the process in certain remaining areas) I am seeking on what you people think of the Status page (https://status.humanehosting.com) while I am pending a response from the developer on the main site.

I really like the status page. (Just need a fancy logo instead of just text).
Although you only have 14GB left? Also using 40% ram consistently? How much ram do you have with your VPS?
Thank you very much for the feed backs regarding the status page. As for your concerns...

That is correct rounding the disk usage down (for logs and updates that may fill up the remainder) 14GB is at the ready. That will easily provision the amount of accounts that this VPS will be able to withstand. Given that it has 1.25GB of RAM but I don't intend to stay on this VPS for more than a few accounts. I am only expecting this VPS to be just enough to "keep the lights on" yet to have a little "wiggle room" for a few accounts to be placed on it.

Please do let me know if you have any other thoughts regarding this.

As for the redirection of the website itself I am still waiting on a response from the said developer.

Just a quick notice so no one freak out at the status page... I will be gracefully rebooting the VPS as a precautionary measure to guarantee updates are completed. Even though we are on a host node that does live kernel updates. Because as the saying goes "better be safe than sorry".

Given that this is an advanced notice I will flag the monitoring servicing as "maintenance".

I expect this take under 10 minutes to complete. An update will be provided once the VM is returned to normal operations.

This is now completed and verified that ALL services are back online.

Thanks to @edenwax for providing the revamped version of the website and for the guy on Blesta Forums for helping me do further work on his design while he was unable to attend to it.

Finally I would like to thank @JewishPoptart89 for his support while all of this was happening last year.

Without further than do I also did a "semi integration" of the client area by doing my best to the colors and such to the website's to boost!

The design looks 200% better, but the client center orange shocked me when I loaded the page. I would have rather seen a white page than orange like that. But that's just me.
Thank you very much, I am glad that it very much seems like this did work well in the end.

I do indeed understand your personal feelings, however I did the orange for a functional reason.

I did that (among the other colors) to sorta make it more "flowing" to/from the website. Given that I was informed that if your pages looks "too" different from one another then people visiting may get confused. Believing that the off set of use of colors is actually a entirely different website. Rather than a part of your main website.

Which later when I thought it about... It does indeed make sense to me. Because if I am seeing some other set of colors I too would find myself checking the address bar to make sure I am still "at the right place".

Obviously though for the control panel and anything else that allow this will ships with a set theme then the customer can always change accordingly to their taste. So if they don't like/can't use the Dark version they can switch to the Light version and so on.

If you have anything else you would like to add you are more than welcomed to.

As far as the designs are concerned, I love the Hosting Site layout and the colors work well together. Everything seems to flow nicely, things are easy to find. In regards to the status page, I think you should reverse the orange/blue colors. Instead of orange being the background, make it the darker blue and then use shades of orange for the four boxes towards the top. The way that page is right now, it hurts the eyes because of its brightness and color interference between the orange and white.

As for the prices and such, I think that's way too much given you can get much more than what is offered by the bigger hosting companies. Just a personal opinion though.

Hi, Teg

Thank you very much for taking the time to review the design of much of what makes up my company and brand. Below are the addressing of everything you stated.

I am very glad to see that it doesn't only looks very well but that the fact that everything is simple to find on the website.

I firstly apologize for the Status Page is be harmful for the eyes. But I am afraid that I cannot "finely" control those boxes that your recommending me. As I only have current controls of the Header, Footer, and the background colors. :(

Could you please advise me on how I may want to adjust those colors in order to make it easily read instead of causing pain to the eyes?

I won't lie that my prices aren't the most economical options out there but that is done for a couple of reasons...

1. The products will be loaded on quality hardware and upgraded regularly to assure the customers get the same quality (if not better) no matter when their accounts were added. With larger brands sometimes you are at the mercy of being on a newly provisioned box to be able to enjoy a quality service...
2. Because of no. 1 I am able to allow customers to use more CPU/RAM/etc (within reasons of course) in order to grow and expand their businesses/communities. Furthermore I will do what I can to assure the customers has a chance to either fix the "resource abuse" (as they occurs) or to elect to pay for a upgraded shared account (no VPS/dedicated up selling here). Failing that I will still provide a full latest Cpanel account should a customer not be able to cooperate. So suspending/terminating an account solely for resource "abuse" aims to be the very rare occurrence as commercially possible.
3. "essentials" you won't believe it but there are hosts (even "big" ones) that don't provide the "mustard and ketchup" of hosting. For instance there are still providers who will charge you for a dedicated IP and/or for a certificate which you are forced to purchase. Instead of providing equivalent services like AutoSSL by Cpanel or Let's Encrypt (and if they do they may still charge you a "installation fee" to make something anyways). I firmly believe in providing included features that should exists in the first place and is commercially reasonable to provide as such.
4. Of course then finally full best efforts support. Cheaper (and even some "premium" ones) may still charge you a fee for "3rd party application support" and/or other "support" that isn't has to do with the server itself. While I get the liability should ends there, if someone need help setting something up or configuring it I don't see why not to provide best efforts support if it possible. In short I see hosting customers as more as "partners" rather than "just clients" so if they need something I am do my best to address such.

So in the end of all of that, I don't claim nor aims to be the cheapest provider in the world. But rather to be a provider that bring entirely different set of features and such "to the table".

Hope to see from you soon regarding recommendations and if there anything else you would like to share do let us know.

With the help of @Mace I was able to speed up the website and use more efficient images. The website should be loading quite faster now.

I was also able to update the Meta description with the feed backs as well.
